About the book
Resilience Mastery is a book that draws inspiration from research published by the Resilience Institute. After analysing the results of over 20,000 Resilience Diagnostic assessments it was clear that certain factors support high resilience scores. In particular, we wanted to see where the top and the bottom performers differed the most. The results revealed 11 factors that unanimously supported those in the top 10% – people with exceptionally high resilience scores.
